Located in the countryside in a small village called Francheville, the lodge Iris recently been set up in an old farmhouse with great care. It will be perfect to organize family reunions. Being located 5-10 kilometers from Stavelot, Malmedy and Spa-Francorchamps, many activities are also possible.

Practical information

Charges, Guarantee

The cleaning cost is included in the rental price. Guarantee of 600 € to be paid 8 days for the holiday - Paid back 15 days after stay.

Energy fee (water, heating and electricity) and tourist tax have to be paid 8 days for the holiday :

- Package price summer (May 1 - September 30) : 50.00 €/night.
- Package price winter (October 1 - April 30) : 70.00 €/night.
- Tourist tax : 22.00 €/night.

Other costs (garbage) will be deducted from the guarantee as a package :

- Garbage : 9.00 €/bag.

Check-in and Check-out information

- Check-in time : between 4-6h PM.
- Check-out time : before 9h30 AM and 6h PM for the weekends.

- WiFi, broadband Internet connection is available in the holiday house.
- Bed linen and Bath sheets are not available, please take with you.
- Domestic animals not allowed.
- Forbidden to smoke in the house, ashtrays available outside.
- No carpet present.
