Reservation

The booking made by phone, fax, post or via the website (Reservation) is firm and final.
The tenant receives his confirmation and contract of reservation: stay, price (rental price, tax, guarantee) and the payment terms.
For his stay, the tenant can consult his contract of reservation on the website (My account) to follow up the reservation status.

Stay

Check-in time: between 16h-18h. Tenant unable to arrive at the agreed time is requisted to inform Gîte du Moulin.
Check-out time: for 10h or 18h for the weekends
Bed linen and bath sheets are not available, please take with you.

Price et payment terms

The cleaning cost is included in the rental price.
For reservations made 7 weeks before the date of the stay: The deposit of 30% has to be paid within 10 days after the date of the reservation - The balance has to be paid 42 days before the stay.
For reservations made within 7 weeks before the date of the stay: The total cost has to be paid within 10 days after the date of the reservation
The tenant has to be paid the guarantee of 600€ for Iris, Jasmin and Coquelicot (1000€ for Rose) 8 days before the stay. The guarantee will be returned to the tenant within 15 days after the end of the stay. Possible damages caused by tenant will be deducted with the guarantee.
The Energy fee and the tourist tax has to be paid 8 days before the stay.

The others charges (garbage, wood to light a fire) will be deducted with the garantee.

Cancellation

1. If tenant, despite warning(s), not respect the payment terms, Gîte du Moulin will cancell the contract.
2. The tenant may cancell all or part of the contract at any time.
